Welcome to LMC Bot ("we", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our Discord bot, LMC Bot. By adding or using LMC Bot in your server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the bot.

Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or the bot itself.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt, degrade, interfere with the performance of, or impair LMC Bot’s functionality.
Use LMC Bot in a way that violates others’ privacy.
Bypass any security measures or rate limits imposed by the bot or Discord.
Use the bot to distribute spam, malware, or any other harmful content.
2.1. Features: LMC Bot offers various features, which may be updated, changed, or removed at our sole discretion. We will strive to inform you of significant changes when possible.
2.2. Availability: We strive to ensure that LMC Bot is available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
3.1. Data Collection: By using LMC Bot, you acknowledge and agree that the bot may collect and store certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes server information, user data (IDs, usernames when commands are executed), and command usage logs.
3.2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for the data and content processed by LMC Bot on your server. Ensure that your use of the bot complies with all applicable data protection laws.
All rights, titles, and interests related to LMC Bot, including its code, design, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of the creators of LMC Bot. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights or licenses to use LMC Bot’s trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.
5.1. As Is: LMC Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5.2. No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use LMC Bot; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on or through LMC Bot; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6.1. By You: You may stop using LMC Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.
6.2. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LMC Bot at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially in case of a violation of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website. If a revision is, in our sole discretion, deemed significant, we will notify you (e.g., via an announcement in the bot or on our support server). By continuing to use LMC Bot after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
